Overview
Olive Green Consulting LLP urgently requires Field Sales Executives to promote BatterySmart's electric vehicle battery rental services across multiple cities. This role involves direct sales of EV batteries under a rental model, focusing on e-rickshaw attachments.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market electric vehicle batteries by rental.
- Facilitate e-rickshaw attachment and registration procedures.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with local e-rickshaw drivers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, benefiting from attractive incentive schemes.
Requirements
- Completion of 12th grade education minimum.
- At least one year of experience in field sales or direct on-ground marketing.
- Possession of a personal bike and a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Strong communication abilities coupled with persuasive skills.
Compensation and Incentives
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹16,000 to ₹35,000.
- Additional incentives between ₹800 and ₹1,000 for each attached e-rickshaw battery.
