About the Role
We are urgently seeking Field Sales Executives for BatterySmart, specializing in electric vehicle battery rentals. This role involves promoting EV battery rental services across numerous cities including Prayagraj, Varanasi, Jabalpur, Bhopal, and others.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and effectively sell EV batteries based on a rental model.
- Facilitate e-rickshaw battery attachments as well as driver registrations.
- Develop and maintain strong connections with local e-rickshaw operators.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets to maximize incentive earnings.
Candidate Requirements
- Completion of 12th grade or equivalent educational qualification.
- At least one year of experience in field sales or direct on-ground marketing.
- Possession of a personal motorcycle and a valid driving license.
- Strong communication abilities and persuasive skills.
Compensation and Incentives
The salary package includes up to ₹24,000 in cost to company (CTC) along with additional incentives ranging from ₹800 to ₹1,000 for each e-rickshaw battery attachment.
