Field Sales Executive - Electric Vehicle Battery Rental

About the Role

We are urgently seeking a Field Sales Executive for Battery Smart, a company focusing on electric vehicle battery rental solutions located in Gurugram and Delhi. This role involves aggressively promoting and selling EV batteries based on a rental model, targeting e-rickshaw drivers to increase battery subscriptions and rentals.

Primary Duties

• Market and lease electric vehicle batteries specifically for e-rickshaws in the designated regions.
• Coordinate and facilitate the attachment and registration of batteries on e-rickshaws.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with local e-rickshaw drivers to encourage consistent rentals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets to maximize earnings through attractive incentives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of at least 12th grade education.
• Minimum of one year experience in field sales or direct on-ground marketing.
• Possession of a personal bike and a valid driving license is essential.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to persuade and convince clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The remuneration includes a monthly salary ranging approximately between ₹15,000 to ₹21,000, with a total compensation up to ₹24,000 per month inclusive of high-performing incentives that range from ₹800 to ₹1,000 for each e-rickshaw battery attached.
