About the Role
We are recruiting dedicated Field Sales Executives for our electric two-wheeler division. This on-site role involves engaging directly with customers, generating sales leads, and executing market activities to meet defined sales goals. The position is available primarily in Bengaluru, Karnataka, with interviews conducted face-to-face in Delhi and Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field sales activities focused on electric two-wheelers.
- Generate fresh leads and manage customer interactions effectively.
- Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Carry out on-ground market initiatives to enhance product visibility and sales.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of experience in field sales.
- Effective communication skills suitable for customer engagement.
- Comfortable and willing to work extensively in field environments.
- Strong focus on achieving targets with a result-driven mindset.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary for Bengaluru and Mumbai candidates is ₹25,000 monthly take-home.
- For other locations, salary ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 monthly take-home.
- Additional incentives are provided.
- Employees receive Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) benefits.
