About the Role
We are looking for dynamic Field Sales Executives to join our team focusing on electric two-wheelers. This role involves active customer interaction, lead generation, and achieving sales goals through on-ground market activities in key locations such as Noida, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Gurgaon, and Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field sales activities specifically for electric two-wheelers.
- Generate leads and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Consistently meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets.
- Engage in direct market operations to expand presence and sales.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of proven experience in field sales.
- Strong communication skills to engage potential buyers.
- Comfortable undertaking extensive fieldwork.
- Highly target-driven and diligent in delivering results.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary with variation based on location: ₹25,000 net in Bangalore and Mumbai; ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 net in other cities.
