Overview
Gwala Dairy Utpad Pro Mukesh Dhangar is seeking a skilled Field Sales Executive to help grow our dairy product sales in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This role involves direct interaction with retailers, supermarkets, sweet shops, hotels, and distributors to boost order volumes and expand market reach for products like ghee, peda, and sweets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to retailers and distributors within Indore.
- Generate sales orders specifically for ghee, peda, and other dairy items.
- Recruit new distributors and retail partners to widen the distribution network.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
- Manage collection of payments and sustain solid relationships with customers.
- Gather market insights and competitor data to inform business strategy.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of experience in FMCG or dairy product sales.
- Possession of a personal bike and a valid driving license.
- Strong communication capabilities and effective negotiation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout Indore.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000.
- Additional petrol allowance.
