Job description
About the Role
We are urgently seeking candidates for the Field Sales Executive role at PhonePe. This position does not require monthly sales targets; instead, performance is measured through a straightforward daily point system.
Daily Point System
Candidates must achieve 10 points daily from field activities. Points are assigned as follows:
- 2 points for each QR KYC completed
- 4 points for each service or issue resolved
- 5 points for each Soundbox installation
For example, completing 2 Soundbox installations or 5 QR KYC registrations meets the daily target.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary between ₹18,000 and ₹24,000
- Monthly fuel allowance ranging from ₹4,000 to ₹4,500
- Additional incentives up to ₹20,000 per month based on extra points earned
- Weekly leave on Sundays with additional holidays during festivals
- Daily provision of 10 to 15 verified merchant leads by the company
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade pass
- Mandatory to own a personal two-wheeler (bike or scooter)
- Must have an Android smartphone for work purposes
- Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
