About the Role
We are broadening our sales team and are looking for a Field Sales Executive to represent our company among key sectors such as architects, jewellers, textile machinery providers, plywood manufacturers, builders, dealers, and other major clients. You will manage the whole sales process from the initial contact through to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture enduring relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and important accounts.
- Identify potential business opportunities and turn those leads into long-term client partnerships.
- Actively represent the company at exhibitions, site inspections, and relevant industry gatherings.
- Collaborate with technical and design teams to ensure client proposals meet requirements.
- Handle pricing negotiations and successfully close high-value sales agreements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to encourage repeat business.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development; industry-specific experience is advantageous.
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.
- Exhibit a confident, well-presented, and target-oriented demeanor.
- Own and be willing to use a two-wheeler for client visitations and travel as needed.
- Educational qualifications: Graduate or MBA in Marketing preferred; however, candidates with 12th standard pass and strong capabilities will also be considered.
