Job Overview
As a Field Sales Executive at Paytm Services Private Limited, you will be pivotal in driving adoption of our digital payment solutions in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Your role involves planning market visits for lead generation, achieving sales targets across products including QR codes, EDC/card swipe machines, point-of-sale software, insurance, and various financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and execute market visits to generate leads and onboard new clients.
- Meet and exceed sales objectives related to multiple payment products and financial solutions.
- Deploy products efficiently at client locations while clearly communicating benefits and best practices to ensure customer satisfaction, enhance sales conversions, and promote client retention.
- Collect and relay ongoing market feedback about existing offerings and competitor activity to inform product improvements.
- Drive transition to digital payments among unorganized retailers by onboarding them and educating them about the payment acceptance process and its advantages.
- Visit existing merchants regularly to troubleshoot and resolve any issues they face.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have between 0 to 1 year of experience in Telecom, Banking, Retail, Wallet services, E-commerce, or other sales roles. Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
