About the Role
We seek a motivated and goal-driven Field Sales Executive to enhance our market footprint and boost sales outcomes. The individual will actively engage with retail outlets, secure new distributor and dealer partnerships, process orders, nurture client relationships, and consistently meet monthly sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Regularly visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to build rapport and drive sales.
- Generate sales across both primary and secondary channels.
- Scout for and enlist new distributors and retail partners to broaden market reach.
- Manage order taking and coordinate timely delivery to clients.
- Consistently hit monthly sales quotas and collection objectives.
- Enhance product presence and widen market coverage wherever possible.
- Conduct market research and keep track of competitor strategies and actions.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers.
- Ensure products are readily available and stocked at retail locations.
- Compile and submit daily sales reports and gather market feedback for management review.
