Job Description and Responsibilities
- Facilitate customer home test rides, ensuring safety and professionalism at all times.
- Demonstrate and explain detailed vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to potential buyers.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process and assist with any inquiries or concerns.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to boost satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Collaborate closely with dealership teams to manage scheduling of test rides and follow up on sales activities.
- Keep precise and up-to-date records of customer communications and daily sales-related activities.
- Meet or exceed set sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
Candidate Eligibility
