About the Company
Samith Mahila Urban Credit Co-Operative Society Limited, located in Nagpur District, is seeking a dedicated Field Sales and Collection Executive to join their team.
Job Location
Dabha Wadi, Nagpur District, Maharashtra, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and educate prospective clients on financial products such as Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), Monthly Income Schemes (MIS), and Daily Collection schemes, facilitating their membership enrollment into the society.
- Identify and bring in new clientele for various loan products including Self-Help Group (SHG) Loans, Gold Loans, Personal Loans, Two-Wheeler Loans, and Consumer Durable Loans (CDL).
- Conduct field verification of customers’ documentation and ensure prompt recovery of all loan EMIs and daily deposit collections.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum education requirement is completion of 12th grade or graduation.
- Applicants must possess a bike or scooter along with a valid driving license for fieldwork.
- 0 to 2 years of experience preferred in field sales, loans, or collections; freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- A fixed monthly salary within the range of INR 15,000 to 25,000.
- Additional performance-based incentives and a fuel allowance are provided.
