Role Overview

We are seeking passionate Field Recruiters to join our Last Mile Delivery division based in Murshidabad, West Bengal. The core responsibility is to source, engage, and smoothly onboard driver partners for leading mobility and delivery platforms tied to Gig4u's projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit driver partners for last-mile delivery assignments.
• Execute field-based outreach activities including local campaigns and recruitment drives.
• Communicate job roles, earning potential, and onboarding procedures effectively to candidates.
• Support applicants through documentation verification and registration stages.
• Manage onboarding processes ensuring positive candidate experiences.
• Establish strong ties with community members and referral sources.
• Maintain accurate daily records of recruitment and onboarding progress.
• Meet hiring quotas while adhering to quality benchmarks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduates or undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
• Between 0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, field sales, business development, customer acquisition, or operations.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Willingness to travel regularly for field assignments.
• Proficiency with smartphones and digital tools.
