About the Role
Join a dynamic team focused on recruiting for hourly field roles such as Drivers and Selectors. The Field Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and hiring talent. Emphasis is on attracting both active and passive candidates using tools ranging from grassroots efforts to social media outreach. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates is essential. This remote role requires travel across multiple sites within the assigned Central or Eastern Region or neighboring states.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture effective partnerships with hiring managers and HR teams at all organizational levels, including senior leadership, to comprehend recruitment needs and organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design and implement flexible recruiting strategies that include sourcing, pre-qualification, and securing candidate commitments.
- Identify, assess, and interview prospective candidates in targeted areas and provide informed hiring recommendations.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable regulations, maintaining meticulous tracking of results.
- Act as an ambassador of the company by communicating up-to-date employer branding information to candidates.
- Implement recruitment initiatives to enhance diversity, such as referral programs and on-site hiring events.
- Manage candidate communications, coordination of interviews, travel arrangements, and maintain timely follow-ups.
- Oversee the job offer process and monitor acceptance rates and declines.
- Stay current with recruiting trends and innovative sourcing techniques to achieve hiring objectives competitively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or similar relevant experience.
- At least three years of comprehensive recruiting experience including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection across various professional levels, in corporate or preferably agency environments.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing talent through diverse channels such as social media, job boards, LinkedIn, and niche sites.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong skill in cold calling and Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
- Experience with web-based applicant tracking systems like Taleo or Workday is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this role is dependent on experience, skills, location, and relevant education, typically ranging between $65,000 and $105,000 annually. Additionally, the position is eligible for an annual incentive plan bonus.
