About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Field Recruiter to manage the recruitment lifecycle for hourly field roles such as Drivers and Selectors. This role requires identifying and attracting high-potential candidates through diverse sourcing methods, including social media and grassroots initiatives. The recruiter will cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support multiple sites within the assigned Eastern or Central region. Candidates must reside within the designated region or adjacent states and be willing to travel as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain productive partnerships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leadership to comprehend recruiting needs and business priorities.
  • Work collaboratively with hiring teams to design and implement flexible recruiting strategies encompassing sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
  • Identify, assess, and interview candidates for position openings, providing informed hiring recommendations.
  • Monitor recruitment outcomes ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice through effective communication and up-to-date information.
  • Deploy targeted recruitment initiatives to enhance diversity, such as referral programs and on-site hiring events.
  • Manage candidate pipelines including ongoing communication, interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate and track the offer process, including acceptances and declinations.
  • Stay informed on recruiting trends and innovative sourcing techniques to meet hiring goals effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least three years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in corporate environments, including sourcing, candidate evaluation, and interviewing; agency recruiting experience is advantageous.
  • Proven success in sourcing talent through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, social media, job boards, and niche websites.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong aptitude in cold calling and use of Boolean search strategies.
  • Familiarity with web-based applicant tracking systems like Taleo or Workday is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges between $65,000 and $105,000 annually, contingent on experience, skills, education, function, and geographic factors compliant with applicable laws.
