Field Recruiter for Swiggy Instamart

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Field Recruiter to join our team supporting Swiggy Instamart's bulk hiring initiatives. The role involves managing recruitment activities on the ground, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery personnel and warehouse staff across specified locations such as Ahmedabad, Rajkot, and Vadodara.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute field recruitment drives within assigned territories.
• Identify potential candidates via job boards, local contacts, job fairs, and walk-in initiatives.
• Evaluate candidates to align with hiring criteria.
• Clearly communicate job responsibilities, salary details, incentive structures, and company policies to applicants.
• Arrange interviews and facilitate the selection process.
• Gather and validate candidates' documentation.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and joining of new hires.
• Maintain accurate daily recruitment tracking and reporting.
• Develop and nurture relationships with local contacts to sustain candidate pipeline.
• Meet or exceed recruitment targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to provide recruitment updates.

Candidate Requirements

• 12th grade completion preferred, though candidates with relevant experience but without formal education are also considered.
• Experience range: 6 months to 3 years in field-related roles.
• Open to fresh graduates possessing excellent communication abilities.
• Background in gig worker recruitment, delivery staff hiring, warehouse recruitment, or blue-collar workforce hiring is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Effective persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of recruitment workflows and procedures.
• Comfortable working under recruitment targets.
• Familiarity with basic MS Excel and MS Office tools.
• Excellent coordination and follow-up talents.

Other Requirements

• Possession of a two-wheeler is preferred for mobility.
• Availability and willingness to travel extensively within the designated regions.
• Ownership of a smartphone with internet access.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary package ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹23,000 monthly, supplemented with incentives and travel allowances.
