Role Overview
Vividh Divine Brilliance Private Limited is looking for a Field Recruiter to support hiring for blue-collar roles across multiple cities. This is an on-site position based in Patna, Bihar, with recruitment activities focused on blue-collar talent such as delivery executives, warehouse associates, riders, helpers, packers, and similar profiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and recruit candidates for blue-collar positions including delivery executives, warehouse staff, riders, helpers, and packers.
- Carry out field-based hiring drives and mobilize candidates as needed.
- Evaluate applicants and arrange interview coordination with the concerned teams.
- Track recruitment activity and update daily hiring progress reports.
- Support smooth onboarding by ensuring selected candidates join on time.
Requirements
- Prior exposure to recruitment, field hiring, or staffing for manpower roles is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work on your own and meet hiring goals consistently.
- Working knowledge of Google Forms, Excel, and recruitment through WhatsApp.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary of ₹20,000 along with attractive incentives.
