HR Recruiter / HR Generalist (Junior Level)

About the Role

Success Factor LLC - FZ is seeking an HR Recruiter / HR Generalist with 2 to 6 years of professional experience to become part of our Dubai-based team on a fixed-term contract for up to one year.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, especially focusing on sourcing and hiring babysitters, nannies, and domestic workers.
• Provide recruitment support across other organizational departments as needed.
• Manage everyday HR Generalist duties such as HR administrative tasks, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and documentation.
• Ensure smooth and seamless candidate hiring and onboarding processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in human resources and recruitment.
• Have in-depth understanding of recruitment workflows and general HR responsibilities.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational capabilities.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes is a plus.
• Prior involvement in recruitment agencies, staffing companies, or similar organizations is preferable.

Compensation and Other Details

• Monthly salary range from AED 3000 to AED 5000, commensurate with experience.
• The position is suitable for individuals who are methodical, proactive, and thrive in dynamic work environments.
