Position Overview
We are seeking a Field Recruiter to manage the hiring of bike delivery partners in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role involves hands-on recruitment through field activities and establishing connections within the local areas to successfully onboard new delivery riders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit delivery partners (bike riders) throughout Ahmedabad.
- Organize and conduct recruitment drives and perform local sourcing tasks.
- Evaluate candidates through screening and facilitate interview scheduling.
- Guide candidates through documentation and the onboarding procedure.
- Maintain daily reports of hiring progress and work towards meeting recruitment goals.
- Develop and nurture relationships with community members, vendors, and referral contacts.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational background of a graduate or completion of 12th standard preferred with experience in recruitment or field sales.
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati languages.
- Possession of a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Comfortable traveling in the field around Ahmedabad.
- Strong motivation to achieve targets and capability to work independently.
Compensation and Location
The position is located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with an in-hand monthly salary ranging from 30,000 to 35,000 INR.
