Field Operation Manager – Region South (f/m/d)

Role Overview

As a Field Operation Manager, you will represent our client directly at retail locations, primarily responsible for expanding current business relationships and executing our sales strategy in your designated region. Acting as a knowledgeable point of contact, you will play a crucial role in driving company success.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Strategically manage and expand the existing customer portfolio in your assigned territory.
• Implement and locally tailor the central sales strategy to meet regional needs.
• Hold comprehensive accountability for achieving specified KPIs including revenue, sales volume, and market share.
• Develop, execute, and continuously monitor sales plans.
• Organize and conduct customer visits along with professional product presentations.
• Establish and maintain long-term trustworthy relationships with customers.
• Analyze individual customer needs to craft customized solutions.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitor trends to adapt strategies effectively.
• Derive actionable measures to enhance sales performance.
• Systematically share relevant market and customer insights with product and marketing teams.
• Plan and carry out initiatives to secure and grow in-house market share.
• Conduct on-site surveys and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and customer service departments.
• Support planning and execution of promotions and product launches.
• Organize and ensure product training at call center sites.
• Participate actively in regional and national sales events.

Candidate Profile

• At least two years of experience in field sales or sales roles.
• Strong sensitivity to customer needs and market trends.
• Analytical skills combined with a structured, autonomous work approach.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and a proactive attitude.
• Fluency in German (spoken and written) and good command of English preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with reporting tools is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license class B and readiness to travel.
