Job description

Overview

We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented Relationship Managers to join our Field Sales team within the insurance sales sector. This position is based in Kerala and involves direct interaction with clients to assess their insurance needs and advise suitable policies. The role emphasizes strong relationship development, customer service, and achieving sales targets through in-person meetings.

Primary Duties

  • Engage customers at locations convenient to them.
  • Evaluate client insurance requirements and propose appropriate insurance products.
  • Establish and nurture lasting relationships with clients.
  • Meet daily customer engagement and sales goals.
  • Utilize company mobile applications for updating client information and reporting activities.
  • Conduct travel within assigned geographic areas for customer visits.

Eligibility and Requirements

  • Open to candidates with undergraduate or graduate education.
  • Freshers and those with prior experience are welcome.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal aptitude.
  • Strong customer focus coupled with enthusiasm for sales.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently as part of field duties.
  • Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid license is preferred.
  • Familiarity with smartphone use and GPS navigation tools.

Working Conditions and Targets

  • Work schedule comprises six days weekly with one fixed weekday off between Monday and Friday.
  • Field travel ranges approximately 50 to 100 kilometers each day.
  • Daily target includes completing at least three successful customer meetings, dependent on lead availability.
