Job description
Location and Working Hours
This position is based in Northampton, requiring night shifts from 5pm to 1am, working an average of 37.5 hours per week. The role demands residing in or very near the NN6 postcode area due to operational needs. The working schedule includes a rolling rota that covers weekends and bank holidays, with shifts provided approximately 10 weeks in advance, allowing flexibility for personal time.
Role Overview
As a Field Officer, your main duty will be to visit individuals in their homes to set up electronic tagging devices. You may work independently or alongside a Monitoring Support Officer. You will foster trust with individuals and the justice system, promoting community reintegration and helping reduce prison system pressures. Each day presents unique challenges and opportunities.

Candidate Requirements
