Field Marketing Manager for Celsius and Alani Nu Brands

We seek a driven Field Marketing Manager to champion the CELSIUS® or ALANI NU® brands within assigned markets, delivering impactful regional campaigns that generate awareness, trials, and sales conversions.

Role Details

This full-time, remote position requires being based within the designated market. Candidates must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and pass Motor Vehicle Record screening as the role involves extensive driving. In addition to individual contributions, this role carries people management responsibilities and requires physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute 360-degree marketing initiatives aligned with national strategies and regional sales objectives.
• Forge partnerships with local influencers, media, and community leaders to enhance brand presence.
• Manage sponsorships, sampling programs, and lead consumer activations and events, measuring their return on investment.
• Recruit, develop, and oversee a team of part-time Brand Ambassadors.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and distributor partners to boost in-store visibility and retail performance.
• Administer regional marketing budgets, product inventory, warehouse logistics, and company vehicle operations.
• Coordinate with Finance for timely invoice processing and expense management.
• Contribute to comprehensive marketing and sales initiatives as required.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in grassroots and brand marketing, preferably within CPG, food, or beverage industries, with at least 3 years in management or field leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proven skills in community engagement, event marketing, project management, and understanding of regional events that drive brand relevance.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams, multitasking across priorities, and thriving under pressure.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Self-starter comfortable working both independently and in collaboration within dynamic environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and physical ability for role demands.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 depending on qualifications and location.
