Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager who will represent either the CELSIUS® or ALANI NU® brand within an assigned market. This remote, field-based role requires active presence in the region and involves driving brand awareness, consumer trial, and conversion through effective local activations. The role includes managing teams, creating scalable marketing initiatives, and collaborating with sales and distributor teams to boost retail success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Execute 360-degree marketing campaigns that align with national objectives and regional sales goals.
• Establish strong partnerships with local influencers, community leaders, and media to expand brand reach.
• Develop and oversee local sponsorships and product sampling programs.
• Lead impactful consumer activations and events while analyzing performance to maximize return on investment.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of part-time Brand Ambassadors.
• Collaborate closely with sales and distribution teams to enhance in-store visibility.
• Manage regional marketing budgets, forecast product demand, and generate campaign reports.
• Coordinate operational logistics including warehouse management, inventory control, and company vehicle usage.
• Work with Finance to process invoices and monitor expenses.
• Support broader marketing and sales initiatives as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in grassroots or brand marketing, ideally within CPG, food, or beverage sectors.
• At least 3 years of experience in team leadership or field management roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in community engagement, event marketing, and project management.
• Knowledgeable about local cultural events and regional market drivers.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to prioritize and deliver results under pressure.
• Highly self-driven with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and able to pass Motor Vehicle Record screening.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged durations.

Employment Details

This full-time position is remote but requires physical presence within the assigned market. A valid driver’s license and driving ability are mandatory as this role involves travel and driving within the region.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on location and candidate qualifications.
