Position Overview
As the Field Marketing Manager for Alani Nu, you will be the brand's local ambassador, responsible for activating national marketing strategies into compelling, community-centered experiences that resonate with consumers. Your role is pivotal in driving brand visibility, engagement, and partnership at the grassroots level within assigned markets such as Phoenix and Nashville. This role is remote but requires physical presence within these markets. A valid U.S. driver's license and successful motor vehicle record screening are mandatory due to the driving requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement comprehensive 360-degree marketing initiatives aligned with regional and national objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local influencers, media outlets, and community organizations.
- Identify and manage local brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
- Coordinate consumer sampling programs, analyzing outcomes to enhance effectiveness.
- Recruit, train, and oversee a team of part-time Brand Ambassadors.
- Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to boost retail presence and accelerate in-store conversion rates.
- Prepare and administer annual marketing plans, budget allocations, product forecasting, and campaign performance reports.
- Manage operational logistics including warehouse activities, inventory control, and vehicle coordination.
- Handle invoicing and expense processes in partnership with finance departments.
- Provide support to other marketing and sales initiatives as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in grassroots and brand marketing, ideally within CPG, food, or beverage industries.
- At least 3 years in team leadership or field management roles.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Excellent experience in community engagement, event marketing, and comprehensive project management.
- Knowledge of culturally relevant local events that drive community participation.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and manage cross-functional teams under deadlines.
- Highly self-motivated with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills suited for both independent and collaborative work environments.
- Adaptable to evolving business needs and priorities.
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to travel within designated regions as necessary.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.

- Competitive salary range between $60,000 and $70,000 annually, with additional incentive opportunities.
