About the Role
Godrej is urgently looking to hire Field Sales Executives to promote its Home Appliances products through door-to-door visits in various locations including South Kolkata, Central Kolkata, Howrah, and Hooghly. This is a full-time field position requiring direct customer interaction and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door visits to promote Godrej Home Appliances.
- Generate prospective customers and close sales efficiently.
- Maintain daily sales and activity reports.
- Consistently meet or surpass sales targets.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: 10th pass or 12th pass.
- Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
- Excellent communication skills essential.
- Willingness to perform door-to-door field work.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary of ₹11,000 with a total cost to company of ₹15,500.
- Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) benefits included.
- Attractive incentives: ₹3,500 for 5 sales and ₹7,000 for 10 sales.
Additional Details
- Working hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM with a 1-hour break.
- One day off per week.
