Position Overview

As a Field Marketing Ambassador (FMA) for ALANI NU®, you will represent our national brand locally, bringing marketing strategies and campaigns to life in your region. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to organize and execute consumer sampling events, helping to boost product trials, awareness, brand loyalty, and word-of-mouth promotion. Your role also includes managing logistics and daily operational tasks linked to the marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and distribute ALANI NU® products actively at various events such as trade shows, festivals, and other busy locations.
• Engage with consumers, presenting product benefits and unique selling points to encourage trials through sampling and memorable interactions.
• Maintain a strong brand presence by embodying the company’s values and mission, adhering to brand dress codes, and fostering rapport with customers.
• Utilize interpersonal skills to address consumer queries and overcome objections effectively.
• Care for branded sampling vehicles, ensuring their upkeep and premium appearance both on and off-site.
• Support event coordination by assisting with planning, liaising with organizers and vendors, and managing event logistics and supplies.
• Collect customer feedback on product preferences, brand perception, and emerging market trends, and document insights following every activation.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid state driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR check required).
• Capable of standing for prolonged periods and regularly lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage various audiences energetically and professionally.
• Organized with the ability to manage event logistics and inventory efficiently.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet event schedules.
• Commitment to attending 1-2 team meetings per month.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications are advantageous.
• Previous experience in promotional events, customer service, or as a brand ambassador is preferred.
