We are dedicated not only to serving coffee but also prioritizing the people we serve. Our partners embody our mission daily: to inspire and nurture the human spirit— one person, one cup, and one neighborhood at a time.

- Coordinate eGift platform activities and communications to underpin gifting goals across Starbucks Card and eGifting.
- Support continuous improvements in processes and procedures for Starbucks Rewards™ and Starbucks Card to improve member interaction across channels.
