Role Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Consultant in Pune to help acquire customers and increase revenue through insurance sales to interested leads. This is a fast-paced, performance-oriented opportunity with attractive income potential and room for career advancement. There is no cold calling in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with interested inbound and outbound leads and move them through the sales funnel without doing cold calls.
- Assess customer needs and suggest insurance products that match those requirements.
- Present product details, benefits, and pricing in a clear and simple way.
- Keep following up with prospects and work toward converting them into customers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update and maintain customer information accurately in the CRM system.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Freshers are welcome, and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can also apply.
- Strong communication skills in English and one regional language are required.
- You should have a sales-focused, target-driven mindset.
- Comfort with a busy, high-speed work environment is important.
- Ability to communicate in Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada is needed in any one of these languages.
- Graduation is not mandatory for this role.
Salary and Benefits
- CTC ranges from 2.68 LPA to 3.9 LPA, along with unlimited incentives.
- Average monthly earnings can exceed 50,000.
