Role overview

This opportunity is for a senior technology leader based in Ireland who will help drive enterprise adoption of AI in a high-growth, innovation-led setting. The position blends customer-facing executive engagement, technical direction, and team-building, with a strong focus on shaping how large organizations evaluate and adopt AI solutions.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to influence complex buying decisions, support transformation programs, and build trusted relationships at the executive level. In partnership with sales, product, and leadership teams, you will refine market messaging, strengthen go-to-market execution, and create repeatable frameworks that improve customer outcomes. The role also offers the chance to establish and grow a high-impact technical evangelism capability from an early stage.

Key accountabilities

  • Own the technical direction of enterprise sales opportunities by taking part in discovery meetings, executive presentations, and solution-fit discussions.
  • Act as the main technical advisor in customer conversations, turning advanced AI system details into clear commercial impact and business value.
  • Build tailored solution approaches using modular AI architectures while addressing integration, scale, security, and deployment considerations.
  • Represent the company at conferences, workshops, industry events, and executive gatherings through presentations and thought leadership content.
  • Create and expand a strong technical evangelism function with reusable presentation formats, demo methods, objection-handling approaches, and sector-specific messaging.
  • Work hand in hand with sales, product, and leadership teams to improve positioning, sharpen competitive differentiation, and bring back field insights.
  • Develop trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and other senior technology leaders while helping improve win rates in technically complex enterprise deals.

Requirements

  • Significant background in senior customer-facing technical leadership roles such as Field CTO, VP of Solutions Engineering, Principal Architect, Technical Founder, or comparable positions.
  • Strong command of enterprise AI technologies, including large language models, orchestration frameworks, enterprise integrations, and current security and deployment approaches.
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise sales environments, including executive influence and support for demanding technical evaluation processes.
  • Proven leadership ability, including hiring, coaching, and managing high-performing technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities, with the ability to explain complex ideas to both executive and technical audiences.
  • Experience building technical enablement programs, reusable demo environments, and scalable customer engagement methods.
  • A credible record of public speaking, technical writing, webinars, conference appearances, or similar industry thought leadership.
  • A commercially focused mindset with a strong grasp of customer value, business outcomes, and accelerating time to value.
  • Experience in data-heavy industries such as financial services, enterprise services, real estate, or similar complex sectors is a strong advantage.
