Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is for a senior technology leader based in Germany who will help shape how enterprise organizations adopt AI at scale. The role blends executive customer engagement, technical direction, and team building in a fast-moving environment focused on innovation and growth. You will work closely with senior decision-makers, support complex buying processes, and help create the technical and commercial story that drives customer success.

What you will do

  • Drive the technical direction across enterprise sales cycles, including discovery meetings, executive briefings, and solution validation conversations.
  • Act as the main technical point of contact for customers, turning advanced AI architectures into clear business value and outcomes.
  • Create tailored solution designs based on modular AI approaches, while addressing concerns around integrations, scalability, security, and deployment.
  • Represent the company at conferences, workshops, industry gatherings, and executive forums through presentations and thought leadership.
  • Build and expand a strong technical evangelism capability by establishing reusable presentation formats, demo approaches, objection-handling methods, and sector-specific messaging.
  • Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to sharpen go-to-market execution, improve competitive positioning, and bring back practical field feedback.
  • Develop trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and other senior technology leaders while helping improve win rates in technically complex enterprise deals.

What we are looking for

  • Significant experience in senior customer-facing technical leadership roles such as Field CTO, VP of Solutions Engineering, Principal Architect, Technical Founder, or a similar position.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of enterprise AI, including large language model architectures, orchestration frameworks, enterprise integrations, and modern security and deployment patterns.
  • Proven ability to support enterprise sales processes, influence executive stakeholders, and guide organizations through detailed technical evaluations.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to hire, coach, and manage high-performing technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to explain complex technical topics to both executive and technical audiences.
  • Experience building enablement programs, scalable demo environments, and repeatable customer engagement structures.
  • Demonstrated public-facing thought leadership through speaking engagements, webinars, conferences, publications, or similar activities.
  • A commercial mindset with a clear understanding of customer value, business outcomes, and strategies that shorten time to value.
  • Experience in data-heavy sectors such as financial services, enterprise services, real estate, or comparable complex industries is a strong advantage.

Benefits

  • The chance to create and lead a strategic technical evangelism function with meaningful impact on growth.
  • Strong autonomy and ownership in defining technical strategy, customer engagement methods, and team development plans.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level AI programs and large-scale transformation initiatives across international markets.
  • A collaborative setting that brings you close to executive leadership, product teams, and major enterprise customers.
  • Fast professional development in a dynamic technology environment that is changing quickly.
  • Opportunities to speak at major industry events, conferences, and thought leadership platforms.
  • An entrepreneurial culture that supports experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • A flexible working setup that enables collaboration across regions and international teams.
