About the Role
Fintech Cloud Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Field Collection Executive to join their Collections department within the NBFC/Financial Services sector. This full-time position involves managing customer collections, recovering overdue payments, and fostering positive customer relations while adhering strictly to company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to customer residences or workplaces to collect overdue EMI and loan installments.
- Engage with customers holding delinquent accounts to negotiate repayment arrangements.
- Meet monthly collection and recovery objectives set by management.
- Keep precise records of collections, customer visits, and payment commitments.
- Update collection progress and customer interactions through the company's mobile app or CRM system.
- Inform customers on available payment options and address straightforward queries.
- Report complex or high-risk cases promptly to supervisory personnel.
- Ensure collection processes are executed ethically and comply with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams for dispute resolution and account reconciliation.
- Submit daily reports detailing collection activities and outcomes to the reporting manager.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum educational qualification is 10+2 or graduation in any discipline.
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply; experience ranging from 0 to 3 years in field collection, banking, NBFC, microfinance, or recovery is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license and owning a vehicle is preferred.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and mobile applications is required.

- Proficient in managing customers and resolving conflicts.
- Capable of working autonomously and achieving collection targets.
