Job description
Role Overview
This position involves working as a Field Collection Executive in the loan recovery division of our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing collection activities within a specifically allocated geographical area corresponding to their assigned postal code.
Work Location and Requirements
Although the office is situated in KR Puram, Bengaluru, responsibilities will be localized to your designated area. A two-wheeler vehicle is compulsory for commuting and fulfilling job duties effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
The remuneration package includes a fixed monthly salary of 18,000 INR plus additional petrol allowances and performance-based incentives.
Selection Process
Candidates will undergo a single interview round at the KR Puram office, near the RTO office. This process includes document verification, and upon successful clearance, formal onboarding procedures will follow.
