About The Role
Diskin Cider, Tennessee's leading craft cidery known for innovative ciders crafted from genuine ingredients, seeks a creative and organized part-time Field & Brand Marketing Coordinator. This role is designed for a marketing professional excited about storytelling, community engagement, and growing brand presence in Nashville and across Tennessee. The position involves a hybrid work setup with 20–25 hours weekly, combining remote work and in-person participation in events, promotions, tastings, and retailer activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies on Instagram and Facebook, with efforts to rejuvenate the TikTok platform.
- Create captivating multimedia content including photographs, videos, reels, and event coverage to reinforce a consistent brand voice and visual style.
- Manage content calendars and marketing campaigns, ensuring at least two social media posts weekly post training.
- Serve as the brand ambassador at festivals, tastings, promotions, and community gatherings, managing logistics and setup for activations and sampling events.
- Engage with retailers, bars, restaurants, and distributors to nurture partnerships and support grassroots marketing initiatives.
- Oversee a small event staffing team and recruit additional personnel when necessary.
- Support promotional planning for product launches and seasonal flavor campaigns; coordinate sourcing and distribution of branded merchandise and POS materials.
- Monitor marketing and event effectiveness through tracking social engagement and performance metrics, aiding expansion efforts within Tennessee markets.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years' experience in marketing, social media management, event coordination, or brand promotion.
- Proficient with Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video content creation.
- Capable of working independently while managing several projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational capacity and strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to support event attendance.
- Interest in craft beverages, hospitality, or lifestyle brand sectors is highly desirable.
- Background in alcohol beverage marketing advantageous but not mandatory.
