Female Telecaller in Banking and Financial Services

Job Overview

We seek a motivated and target-driven female telecaller to join our sales team, specializing in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in telecalling or sales and possess strong communication skills for engaging customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Advocate and sell products and services via telephone communications.
• Generate and assess leads for B2B, B2C, and channel sales opportunities.
• Clearly describe product features, advantages, and pricing to customers.
• Conduct follow-ups to convert prospects into confirmed sales.
• Develop and nurture lasting customer relationships.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of calls, leads, and sales activities.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Female candidates only
• Completion of higher secondary education (12th grade)
• At least one year of telecalling or sales experience
• Intermediate proficiency in English
• Experience or interest in the BFSI industry is preferred

Work Schedule and Compensation

The position is full-time during day shifts. The compensation package includes a fixed monthly salary ranging from 10,000 to 25,000 INR along with performance incentives that can reach up to 50,000 INR, totaling up to 75,000 INR per month.
