Role Overview
This opening is for an IT Recruiter role that is entirely work from home. The position is based on a full-time schedule and is open to candidates from anywhere in India.
Qualification
Applicants should hold one of the following educational backgrounds: BSE (Computers), BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or BE.
Experience Needed
Relevant hiring experience of 2 to 5 years is required.
Work Arrangement
The job is fully remote, with flexible working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Weekends include Sundays off, along with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off.
Technical Setup
Candidates must have their own laptop or desktop and a stable Wi-Fi internet connection to work from home effectively.
Compensation
The salary offered is up to 14,000 to 18,000 per month, depending on experience.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant should be technically strong, have a solid understanding of current technologies, and possess good communication skills. Experience in technical hiring is essential, including both contract and permanent recruitment. Candidates should also have prior experience with large clients, and the client names must be visible on the resume. Work experience across major technologies should be clearly documented on the CV.
Eligibility Notes
Candidates should have no more than a 1-year gap in their work history. Immediate joining is preferred, and availability within 7 days is expected.
