Role Overview
Brainkind charity is seeking a Female Bank Support Worker to join the team at Shinewater Court located in Eastbourne. This facility provides care and accommodation to adults living with various disabilities such as cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida, and impairments caused by stroke or accidents.
Job Purpose
The Support Worker will deliver tailored assistance encouraging residents to develop independent living skills. Support includes personal hygiene, meal preparation, exercise, leisure engagements, and social interaction, following individual care plans designed to meet personal goals and aid rehabilitation.

Candidate Profile
