Role Overview

We seek a dedicated and driven Feasibility Architect to join our team, thriving in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding setting. This position involves working across diverse projects, including greenfield developments, renovations, and both single-use and complex, multi-use properties. Responsibilities include leading feasibility studies and design development initiatives, collaborating closely with the Group Development Director and our internal interior design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and review third-party developer plans to ensure conformity with Staycity's aparthotel design criteria and spatial specifications.
• Assess proposed development schemes for practicality, functionality, and operational compatibility.
• Work intimately with the Interior Design team to plan room layouts and allocate Front of House and Back of House spaces.
• Address and resolve conflicts between developer submissions and Staycity requirements, modifying plans as needed.
• Update and revise drawings adhering to Staycity standards and project guidelines.
• Create precise layout drawings utilizing AutoCAD software.
• Communicate project design progress and drawings effectively to relevant stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Efficiently manage workloads over multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
• Provide support and undertake additional duties within the Architecture & Development team as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

• Highly proficient with computer applications, specifically AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communicative, and time management abilities suitable for a lively work environment.
• Experience in performing feasibility analyses and design development is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent design insight and meticulous attention to detail.
• Robust analytical thinking and problem-solving competencies.
• Collaborative nature with the capability to cultivate effective working relationships at all organizational levels.
• Driven and self-motivated, excelling both autonomously and within team settings.
• Sound knowledge of current building codes and planning regulations.
