F&B Service Specialist - Room Service

Position Summary

This role goes beyond simply serving food and drinks; it centers on crafting a memorable dining experience for guests. As a Guest Service Expert, you will actively contribute by setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen staff, engaging with guests, serving meals, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas and supplies. Your efforts transform routine service into an enjoyable part of the overall guest experience.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The position requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, navigating uneven or slippery surfaces, frequently moving objects up to 25 pounds independently or up to 50 pounds with help, and performing physical tasks like bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and reaching above the head or below the knees.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than one year of relevant work experience is acceptable.
• No supervisory role experience required.
• No professional licenses or certifications necessary.
