Position Overview

The F&B Service Expert proactively delivers various services such as table setting, kitchen communication, guest interaction, serving meals, and maintaining cleanliness of workstations and supplies. Key Responsibilities

• Provide guest services that enhance their meal enjoyment beyond just serving food and drink.
• Set tables properly and ensure communication flow between guests and kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies consistently throughout shifts.
• Engage guests politely and serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds unaided (50 pounds with assistance), bending, twisting, and stooping.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
• Work Experience: Less than 1 year in a related service role
• Supervisory experience: None required
• Licenses/Certifications: None required
