Job description

Role Overview

This position is focused on delivering a memorable dining experience through attentive food and beverage service. The role is not limited to serving meals; it also involves creating a warm, seamless guest experience from the moment tables are set until the interaction is complete.

The service expert helps make each transaction feel like part of the overall hospitality experience by coordinating with the kitchen, engaging with guests, and maintaining a clean and organized service area.

Key Duties

The role includes preparing tables, communicating orders and guest needs to the kitchen, serving food and beverages, and keeping work areas and service supplies clean and orderly.

You will also be expected to follow brand standards, maintain a professional appearance and communication style, and contribute to a safe, efficient workplace.

Daily work may require standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, moving across uneven or slippery surfaces, reading and confirming menu details, and handling physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching overhead or below the knees. Objects may weigh up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Required Background

A high school diploma or GED-equivalent is preferred. Prior related work experience of less than one year is expected. No supervisory background is required, and no license or certification is needed.

Success in this role depends on consistently following company policies and procedures, meeting quality standards, and maintaining a professional manner in appearance, communication, and conduct.

The position is based in Doha, Qatar, is full-time, and is not remote. It is a non-management role within the Food and Beverage & Culinary function.
