This position is focused on creating a polished, welcoming hotel environment rather than simply servicing rooms. The role calls for a hospitality-minded team member who helps shape a memorable guest stay by keeping guest areas clean, orderly, and presentation-ready.
What you will do
You will carry out a broad mix of housekeeping and laundry-related tasks across the property. The job includes responding to guest needs, refreshing rooms, maintaining public areas, and ensuring the hotel’s overall appearance meets brand expectations.
The role requires a practical, hands-on approach. You may be asked to move around the property, stock service carts, clean guest rooms and shared spaces, and complete other reasonable duties that support smooth daily operations and a strong guest experience.
