F&B Service Expert - Barista

Position Overview

This role focuses on creating an unforgettable dining experience for guests by providing exceptional food and beverage services. Key Responsibilities

The position demands a hands-on approach involving physical activity for extended periods, such as standing, walking, or sitting, often on uneven or slippery surfaces. Tasks include menu management, including reading and confirming items visually, and physical actions like lifting or moving objects up to 25 pounds solo, and up to 50 pounds with help. Maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to company policies, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

A minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates may have less than one year of related experience, and no supervisory experience or certifications are necessary.
