Position Overview
Join Bombay Sweet Shop as a Food and Beverage (F&B) Associate in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role involves providing excellent guest service, managing orders efficiently, and ensuring cleanliness and comfort in the dining area.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests, present menus clearly, describe daily specials, and offer knowledgeable suggestions to enhance the dining experience.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them quickly and precisely to the kitchen or bar, utilizing order systems like MICROS.
- Prepare tables before service, clear plates and utensils after use, maintain a clean and tidy service station, and ensure a comfortable atmosphere throughout the dining space.
- Generate physical and electronic bills, handle all payment transactions including cash and credit with responsibility and accuracy.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards rigorously to ensure compliance and provide a safe environment.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is between 13,000 to 20,000 INR per month.
