Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and help them choose from gelato flavors, toppings, and other menu selections.
• Serve gelato, sundaes, milkshakes, and additional desserts following company guidelines.
• Accurately process customer orders via the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Manage payments including cash, card, and digital methods, ensuring proper cash reconciliation.
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, display, and dining areas to uphold hygiene standards.

Perks
