About the Role
This position involves overseeing various aspects of the fashion product lifecycle, including design insight, merchandising strategy, and ensuring quality production. Candidates will utilize their knowledge in fabrics, embroidery, garment construction, and color coordination to support product development and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Engaging in fashion designing and merchandising activities.
- Applying comprehensive fabric and embroidery expertise.
- Understanding garment construction to aid product development.
- Coordinating color schemes effectively for product lines.
- Handling product costing evaluations and vendor communications.
- Monitoring production processes and conducting quality inspections.
- Utilizing MS Excel and basic computer skills for documentation and tracking.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proficiency in fashion design concepts, merchandising, and fabric knowledge.
- Strong awareness of embroidery techniques and garment construction methods.
- Ability to coordinate colors and manage product costing effectively.
- Experience in vendor coordination and following up on production timelines.
- Capability to perform quality control measures thoroughly.

Compensation
The monthly salary for this role ranges from INR 17,000 to INR 35,000.
