Role Overview

Join the Central Operations team as a Farm Attendant primarily based at the Dover site, located about 75 minutes south of Hobart. This role demands spending approximately 60% of your working hours at Dover, with additional time at other Marine Operations locations across the southeast region. The position involves a family-friendly fortnightly 7 days on, 7 days off rotation with 11.4-hour shifts each day.

Key Duties

• Securely tying knots to maintain the integrity of netting structures.
• Conducting frequent inspections and upkeep of ropes to ensure reliability.
• Engaging in planning and performing bathing procedures for farm operations.
• Collaborating within dynamic teams during day and night shifts as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in farming or marine-related water activities.
• Possession of a valid coxswain ticket.
• Asolid work ethic with the ability to adapt to physically demanding environments.
• Eligibility to work full-time hours (40 hours per week) with full Australian working rights.
