We are expanding our team of qualified Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (FDRPs) who are committed to guiding families through separation with empathy, respect, and a focus on the wellbeing of children and youth. This role involves facilitating family dispute resolution processes addressing parenting and property issues, helping clients reach constructive agreements centered on child best interests.
While the position is listed as a permanent full-time role, RA Tas is open to discussions regarding part-time or fixed-term employment options for suitable candidates.
Qualifications and Experience
- Current accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Attorney-General's Department, or eligibility to register before starting the position.
- A tertiary qualification in relevant fields such as social work, psychology, social sciences, law, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in delivering Family Dispute Resolution services.
- Comprehensive understanding of family separation dynamics, family violence, and prioritizing children's best interests.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and fostering positive relationships.
- Ability to work effectively within teams, balance multiple priorities, and achieve excellent client outcomes.
