Key Duties

• Source and attract qualified candidates using multiple channels, including resume review, initial screenings, and interviews to evaluate skills and compatibility.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process by negotiating employment terms, conducting background and reference checks.
• Develop and nurture relationships with potential hires and active clients to understand staffing demands and ensure suitable placements.
• Maintain recruitment data via applicant-tracking software, arrange interviews, and address candidate inquiries regarding job roles and company policies.
