About the Internship
This paid internship offers participants a chance to contribute meaningfully to the organization's success while applying academic learnings in a professional setting. The program for the Fall 2026 semester combines in-office experience approximately three days per week with hybrid work arrangements. Interns are responsible for making their own transportation and housing arrangements.
Internship Details
- Workweek: 24 to 29.9 hours per week.
- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, subject to advisor coordination.
- Location: New York City office with about three days onsite weekly, coordinated with advisor schedules.
- Duration: From Monday, September 14, 2026, to Thursday, December 10, 2026.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have senior standing in college (completion of junior year), or
- Be enrolled in graduate school, or
- Hold a bachelor's or higher postgraduate degree.
- Availability for under 30 hours weekly and attendance at the New York office as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Brand Marketing team with client research and creative brainstorming to identify market opportunities.
- Manage and track client deliverables, including data uploading and confidential project work.
- Gain knowledge about marketing event coordination, negotiation, and execution of contracts or appearances.
- Learn client pitching techniques and develop skills to foster strong client relationships that enhance partnerships and opportunities.
- Support initiatives for sponsorship activation, hospitality, event branding, collateral design, and on-site materials preparation.
- Create and maintain event planning tools like rooming lists, confirmation documents, food & beverage schedules, and transportation manifests.
- Conduct industry research, analyses, and recommendations to deepen understanding of the market.
- Support the daily management of brand marketing clients across sponsorship marketing and activation efforts.
- Facilitate client-vendor interactions and ensure timely delivery of activation materials.
- Prepare activation briefs, recaps, event itineraries, staff plans, and support client status meetings including scheduling, agenda preparation, and document maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client service and agency experience.
- Opportunity to assist projects outside the Brand Marketing group for broader organizational exposure.
Compensation
The position offers an hourly wage of $17.00, disclosed in accordance with California and New York City Salary Transparency Laws.
